3. Briefly describe why you would like a refund

We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After the 14-Day Period

After 14 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Significant bugs that prevent the software from functioning and cannot be fixed
• Features advertised that are not present in the software
• Technical issues we are unable to resolve

License Deactivation

Upon refund approval, your license will be deactivated and you must cease using the software. Any activated devices will be automatically deactivated.

EU Consumer Rights
