Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of RekordBoxer software and related services provided by LBS. By purchasing or using RekordBoxer, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RekordBoxer software on your personal devices, subject to the following conditions:

• The license is for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed
• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. License Types

We offer a lifetime license, with all updates included up to 1 year from date of activation

4. Activation and Machine Limits

Each license key may be activated on a limited number of devices as specified at the time of purchase. You may transfer your license to a different device by deactivating it on the current device first. Contact support if you need assistance with license transfers.

5. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle. Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided.

6. Intellectual Property

RekordBoxer, including all code, graphics, user interface, and documentation, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

RekordBoxer is provided as-is without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for any damage to your Rekordbox database or music library. Always maintain backups of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of RekordBoxer.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of RekordBoxer and destroy all copies in your possession.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where we are established. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the software. Your continued use of RekordBoxer after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
